AccessNET is a division of Atlantic Communications, Inc., a locally owned cooperation which has been providing wireless solutions to the Hampton Roads market since 1963. With over 50 years of experience in the industry, we truly understand the importance of fast, reliable communications to the region’s business community. Therefore, in 2010 Atlantic Communications introduce AccessNET to the Peninsula. At that time the service initially covered Hampton, Newport News, and Williamsburg. Based on the success of the initial launch, Atlantic Communications has continued to expanded the AccessNET system. In 2014, full coverage for Southside Hampton Roads was implemented. The AccessNET network now services Norfolk, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Newport News, Hampton, Williamsburg, Smithfield, and Poquoson with future plans for the Richmond Capitol Region Market.
